Holiday Food Boxes for Those in Need
Last year Landram's Light used donations primarily raised through student events such as school dances and dress-down days for teachers to start its holiday meal distributions for local families in need. “We have people in our own community that need assistance,” said STEM and personal finance teacher Rick Steele. “We can’t forget those people.” In 2023/2024, we gave meals to families for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. This year we hope to expand the program to help more needy families.
